“The owner, Alyssa, catered our wedding in July 2020 and the food and service blew everyone away. Our original caterer cancelled just a few weeks before our wedding, and Graze & Torreys saved us! Alyssa planned and executed a delicious three-course meal for our guests and other vendors, while following every single Covid guideline. We received so many compliments on the food - it was delectable, elegant and the portions were HUGE. Alyssa has an amazing work ethic. She drove all over Colorado to get fresh ingredients from local suppliers. She worked within our budget to create a customized and varied menu (see photo). I also showed her a photo of our original wedding cake plan and she made it happen - there is nothing this woman can't do. Finally, and most importantly, Alyssa and her team are incredible people. We had a medical emergency at the wedding and Alyssa jumped into action, bringing first aid kits to us and checking on our guests. They witnessed a very scary accident, but they kept their composure and continued working the entire evening to make sure our guests were taken care of. I would recommend Graze & Torreys for anything. From a quick bite to eat at their food cart to a full blown wedding, they will exceed your expectations.”

“Alyssa was incredible, we booked her for my bachelor party in 2020 near winter park and a friend's bachelor party in 2021 in the town of Breckenridge. Very accommodating for food allergies and picky eaters, she made a customized menu that worked great for both occasions that everyone absolutely loved. She came prepared with almost everything besides the stove top and oven, and was quick and professional the entire time. It was impressive that 12 guys were completely full by the end, and what few leftovers remained tasted just as good the next day.”
